Returns


Fatalevestiaire.com intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility of returning one or more items and receiving other products or vouchers to spend on the site. The return must necessarily take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer within 14 days from delivery and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used.

Return conditions

To send one or more returns to Fatalevestiaire.com, the Customer must comply with specific conditions:

  1. A) – All items for sale on the Fatalevestiaire.com website are delivered to the Customer with an authenticity tag attached to the item using a disposable security seal with the Fatalevestiaire.com logo. The item must be tried on without removing the tag and without tampering with the warranty seal. Returns will only be accepted with the security seal perfectly intact, which can be a cord with its label. Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances with the security seal cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with.
  2. B) – The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
  3. C) – Items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be packaged and wrapped appropriately.
  4. D) – All other labels on the item, whether fabric or hanging, must be intact and under no circumstances removed from the item.
  5. E) – The goods to be returned must be physically delivered to the Courier within and no later than 7 days from the delivery date.
  6. F) – The Customer who wishes to make a change of size, color or item, of the same or higher amount must forward the return procedure and place a new order on the site at Fatalevestiaire.com.

NB For sale goods, returns are not permitted, only size or item exchanges

In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, Fatalevestiaire.com reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.

The return procedure

The Customer must follow the instructions listed on the return and exchange instruction form contained inside the package.

The cost of return and reshipment shipping will be borne by the Customer. Please attach the order printout inside the package to be returned. The package must be sent to the following address: Fatale SRL c/o Mail Boxes Etc. 0529, Via San Rocco, 79/81 - 80016 Marano di Napoli (NA)

Shipping is at the Customer's risk: Fatalevestiaire.com is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or with the same method and type of the same.

All returned items will be inspected by a Fatalevestiaire.com staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. a Fatalevestiaire.com reserves the right to assess additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the re-sale of the returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the assessment of the condition of the returns and communicated to the Customer.

Replacement


If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all the conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. The customer will then receive a code for the value of the returned item that can be used on the site in order to purchase another item of clothing. Alternatively, the customer, once contacted Fatale Customer Care, can request a different item of clothing to replace the one returned.
